Get After It Media (GAIM), home to The Heartland Network, Retro TV, The Family Channel, The Action Channel, and Rev’n, today announced the appointment of seasoned industry veteran Sebastian Trujillo as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

In his new role at GAIM, Trujillo will lead all revenue-generating strategies across advertising, distribution, digital, and brand partnerships—aligning sales, marketing, original productions, and business development into a unified commercial engine. He will also be responsible for forging strategic alliances that expand GAIM’s footprint across broadcast, streaming, and direct-to-consumer platforms while optimizing value for brand partners and audiences alike.

Trujillo is a 30-year broadcast industry veteran with senior leadership roles in media, distribution, corporate partnerships, digital communications, and ad-tech sectors. He specializes in driving revenue growth for organizations while forging lasting relationships with both internal stakeholders and external client partners. 

Most recently, Trujillo served as Executive Vice President of Ad Sales at Olympusat Communications, overseeing ad sales revenue across the U.S. and LATAM markets for FreeTV.com, a widely distributed video streamer application, branded FAST channels suite, and digital solutions platform. 

Prior to Olympusat, Trujillo was Vice President of Corporate Partnerships at Legends, developing sponsorship and brand partnership opportunities for the University of Miami athletics programs. His career journey also includes: 

  • Director of Regional Operations at Compass, managing P&L and operational responsibilities for Florida and leading the tech platform’s onboarding team. 

  • Executive Vice President of U.S. Brand Partnerships at VIX, overseeing revenue generation and business development for ad-supported video streaming services. 

  • Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships at the Miami Dolphins, driving multicultural brand sponsorship revenue for the NFL franchise. 

  • Leadership roles at BBC Studios and 20 years at Univision Communications, in progressively senior posts including Vice President of Network Ad Sales, Vice President of Business Development, and Senior Vice President of Operations, Cable Networks.
