Get After It Media (GAIM), a rapidly growing leader in media entertainment, announces the appointment of David Hanono as Vice President of Digital Strategy and Revenue Ops.  Hanono will architect, lead, build and execute GAIM's digital growth and revenue strategy, bridging business development, platform design, integration, operator engagement, and ad monetization across all digital properties and partnerships for GAIM's national networks: The Action Channel, The Family Channel, The Heartland Network, Retro TV, and Rev’n.

Hanono is a respected business leader with a track record of seamlessly integrating technology, media, and strategic innovation to drive growth in content distribution, digital monetization, and cross-market expansion.

“David brings the kind of sharp, unflinching clarity we need to build the digital engine that will drive GAIM into its next phase. He understands the platforms, the operators, and the advertisers—and he knows how to turn potential into performance," says Otto Padrón, President & COO, Get After It Media. "His background fuses engineering precision with creative instinct, and that’s exactly the blend we need as we expand our footprint and unlock new revenue. He’s not here to keep pace. He’s here to break the model."

"I’m thrilled to be part of GAIM’s digital evolution. We’re building a dynamic ecosystem where content, technology, and platforms converge to unlock innovative monetization models, amplifying value for both our partners and our audiences," says Hanono.

Hanono's career began with hands-on experience at the local phone company and later as an engineer with industry giants like Lucent, NEC, and Nortel Networks. He transitioned to startups, focusing on delivering content solutions to mobile devices—a pioneering move in anticipation of the smartphone revolution.

At Univision Interactive Media, he led digital ad sales innovations, structuring high-value sponsorships, mobile activations, and cross-screen campaigns to expand revenue streams. He also created Entertainment One's Latin American and U.S. Hispanic division, securing multi-million-dollar content deals that established sustainable business growth for eOne in new markets. As General Manager of BBC Studios Latin America, he led high-stakes negotiations with Netflix, Amazon, Televisa, and Globo, driving multi-million-dollar P&L accountability and content expansion. At Olympusat, he spearheaded app integrations with Xfinity, and other platforms, leveraging his media-tech expertise to unlock new distribution and monetization opportunities.

Hanono embraces a "no job too big or too small mentality," empowering teams with autonomy and strategic guidance. Beyond his corporate leadership, he holds an MFA in Film, complementing his Electrical Engineering degree, allowing him to effectively bridge business strategy, creative storytelling, and digital transformation. Even during a challenging transition, he demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking, creating voice ringers that reached the Top 4 on AT&T's platform, showcasing his ability to identify and monetize niche markets.

He is known to add value through bold thinking, adaptability, and high-impact execution in digital media, content distribution, and technology innovation, which is already being implemented into all GAIM platforms.
