Get After It Media (GAIM), home to The Heartland Network, Retro TV, The Action Channel, The Family Channel, and Rev’n, proudly announces the appointment of Craig Telepanich as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Telepanich brings more than two decades of executive finance experience across the media, entertainment, and pension sectors. In his new role, he will lead all financial operations for GAIM, ensuring operational discipline while fueling the company’s continued growth and innovation.

“Craig is a builder—a disciplined operator who knows how to future-proof a company’s finances while unlocking new value across the enterprise. I know this first-hand, having worked with him in another life,” said Otto Padrón, President & COO of Get After It Media. “He’s the right financial architect for this next phase of GAIM’s evolution—and we’re thrilled he chose us to write his next professional chapter.”

“I’m honored to bring my experience and versatility to Get After It Media under the leadership of Joel and Otto,” said Telepanich. “This is an organization on the ascent, and I couldn’t be more thrilled to be part of this team.”

Telepanich began his career in media at Paramount Pictures, where he built and led the financial reporting team for the International Theatrical division and oversaw the transition of international reporting from the UK to Los Angeles. He later joined Meruelo Media, expanding his role to oversee budgets, safeguard company assets, maintain banking and payment controls, and lead consolidated financial reporting for the $50M media group.

At AMBI Entertainment, he served as Vice President of Finance and Controller, and most recently held the role of Controller at MPI Pension and Health Plans, where he led a team of 13 responsible for all finance and accounting functions—modernizing workflows and driving meaningful efficiency gains.

Telepanich will report directly to Co-President & CEO Joel Wertman, with a dotted-line reporting structure to President & COO Otto Padrón. He is based in Los Angeles and will oversee national financial operations across GAIM’s entire media portfolio.
